January Silver Sage Monthly Meeting

January 14 - "Arts" event

The January meeting of the Silver Sage Region will be at 6pm at the Gallery At Hyde Park, 1513 N. 13th St. in Boise. Cost will be $10 per person, to help defray the costs of the caterer. We will gather at the gallery and enjoy drinks (wine, beer, water) and hors d’oeuvres while hearing a short presentation from the gallery and looking at the objects on display, which should include some pieces from one of our number. Thanks to Sue Hebert for arranging this, the latest in her series of arts-focused wintertime events.

The program at the gallery will be relatively short, so you may want to make arrangements for dinner afterwards with some of your Porsche-owning friends. Nothing formal has been arranged, but there are several nice restaurants in the Hyde Park area: Richard’s, Harry’s in Hyde Park, Parilla Grill, Casa Mexico, and Lucky 13 (which also now has a bar in the former garage area of this old service-station-turned-Boise-institution). All of these places are within a one-block radius of the gallery.
